Proxy Form

Per the governing documents, a Quorum is the minimum number of people who need to be counted in person or via proxy in order for the Board of Directors to conduct business. Our Bylaws require a majority of homeowners (209 households) represented in person or by proxy.  Please fill out a proxy form today as a precaution in case you are not able to attend.  If you do attend the meeting your proxy will be returned to you the night of the meeting.
