About Us

Craft Farms North was launched in 2002 and has grown to 366 properties contained within 6 phases. There are numerous common areas and 5 lakes distributed throughout the community for residents to enjoy. Our property owners maintain the look and feel of Craft Farms North by abiding by our neighborhood covenants and restrictions.

 

 

 

The Property Owners Association (POA) employs a property management company to work with us in maintaining the grounds, make changes or improvements, collect dues and maintain compliance. We hold quarterly meetings which are open to property owners only.

 

The association is governed by a board of directors comprised of homeowners elected by the residents.

 

The website is run by the POA. Property owner areas are granted access by approval only. Only one verified account per address will be approved.

 

All positions are volunteer.

 

 

 

Architectural Review Committee (ARC) - works with the board of directors to help ensure covenant cohesiveness throughout the neighborhood

 

Common Area Committee - works to make the community more appealing to homeowners

 

Social Committee - plans gatherings to bring the community together
