
Paying POA Dues
Dues are paid directly to Neighborhood Management.

Per Neighborhood Management:
"Your General Assessments (“dues”) will be $920. The first payment is due January 1, for $460
and the second payment is due July 1. You may pay the full balance in January. The payments
are due on the first and considered late on the 30th.

If you would like to mail your check, please make it out to your association. Craft Farms Property
Owners Association, Inc. Mail to Neighborhood Management, LLC, 2700 Highway 280 Suite 425 W,
Birmingham AL 35223. Please be sure to allow extra time for mailing.
If your account is currently set up for autopay through the Owner’s Portal, please be sure to adjust auto
payment amounts through the owner’s portal by visiting www.nhmllc.org and selecting the ‘Pay Dues’
tab at the top of the page. Once logged in, you will delete the current auto payment and create a new auto
payment as shown in the below example. You will select the payment account, a start date, and a pay on
day. By leaving the end date and current assessment amount boxes blank, you will be saving the steps of
having to log in each year to adjust the dues amount for the current year and prevent any missed or
incorrect amount payments. Lastly, be sure to check the agree to terms and conditions tab to finish the
